My name is Rebecca Troianos, LCPC. I am passionate in creating a warm, comfortable, nonjudgmental environment for all my clients. My goal when working with clients is to increase self-awareness, self-regulation, and self-actualization. I empower clients by building a positive working relationship that connects an individual to their mind and body as a whole. I promote awareness of tension and mind-body control. I also help identify unhelpful thoughts and behaviors that impact functioning in day to day life. I hope to improve overall emotional regulation and provide coping strategies that are tangible for when you leave my care.
Rebecca specializes in Perinatal Mental Health. Perinatal Mental health is defined as the time a woman/person is thinking about getting pregnant, trying to get pregnant, up through one year postpartum. Perinatal mental health also encompasses the mental health of the other care-taker in the family unit.
Rebecca is now providing Clinical Supervision for Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor Candidates (PCLC) and Licensed Clinical Social Worker Candidates (SWLC) in the state of Montana.
DetailsIndividual counseling encompasses a variety of needs and goals. I tailor my treatment to the individual. This is a collaborative process that continues to evolve over the course of our time working together.
DetailsI offer HIPPA compliant teletherapy for those who prefer the opportunity to receive services from the comfort of their own home, office, or device.
DetailsOverall, I believe counseling is an opportunity for growth, improvement, and exploration. I look forward to building a relationship and being the person that helps you on this journey!
