About

Cassidie Lindsay

My name is Cassidie Lindsay, and I am a Clinical Mental Health Counseling intern currently completing my master’s program at Capella University. I am continually inspired by the resilience people carry and the strength that grows when we no longer have to hold everything on our own.

While the work of healing is deeply personal, it was never meant to be done alone. I believe therapy is not a process of fixing, but a way of reclaiming the parts of yourself that may have been buried under grief, perfectionism, or the survival patterns we build over time. In this welcoming and authentic space, there is room for every emotion you carry. Together, we will move at a pace that feels right for you, using curiosity and reflection to gently navigate the most delicate parts of your life.

I provide a space for those navigating grief/loss, infertility/perinatal mental health, anxiety, depression, identity exploration, and the complexities of life transitions. I also welcome teens and young adults who are looking for a place to feel understood and supported. When we feel truly seen, we gain the comfort necessary to explore our lives in entirely new ways. Building a safe and secure connection is the foundation of our work, and I will meet you exactly where you are.

It is an honor to witness your most honest thoughts and emotions. You’ve carried so much on your own. Let’s work together to find a lighter path forward.

As an intern, I practice under the clinical supervision of Rebecca Troianos, LCPC, PMH-C, ensuring my clients receive thoughtful, well-supported care.
